As a part of the only Yoga studio in Lakeland, you'll experience the full benefits of this powerful and ancient practice. This workshop will guide you through a 75 minute gentle yoga practice focusing on areas of the body that hold chronic tension. You will also be introduced on how to use massage therapy balls to stimulate and release areas of tension and tightness.
YOUR EXPERT INSTRUCTOR
A Lakeland resident, Asta Navasinskaite is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) with over 10 years of experience in guiding people through movement practices. She is an experienced instructor of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin/Restorative yoga. Asta is also certified to teach body rolling techniques using massage therapy balls. Her teaching combines yoga, mobility and self massage techniques to create the practice that serves YOU.
